Riccardo' s career in gastronomy began at age of 16, working in hotels in the Marche region of Italy. In 1990 he began working at the Michelin starred Da Alceo seafood restaurant in Pesaro. Since 1993 Riccardo worked in London, e.g. for Zafferano restaurant. Because of his work he moved for a short time also to New York. In 2002 Riccardo came to Prague as headchef of restaurant called Square. Three years later he opened his first restaurant - Aromi on Mánesova street. La Finestra in Cucina and La Bottega bistros followed shortly.

In Jakub’s professional career he has worked in various renowned restaurants. He gained experience in Prague restaurants such as Chagall’s and RedPif, working as a sous chef. Jakub arrived at La Collezione from the Grand Cru restaurant, where he was cooking under the guidance of Jan Punčochář for more than three years.

Ladislav joined our team at La Bottega bistros in 2016, and very quickly rose from waiter to manager’s assistant, to his current post as manager at La Bottega Gastronomica. His professional experience was earned studying at the hotel school in Pelhřimov, as well as other jobs in the Czech Republic, specifically at the Dutch restaurant The Beacon.

Jana once dreamed of being a teacher, but she became fascinated with the world of gastronomy. Eight years ago, she started working at Aromi as a helper, later working her way up to becoming a waitress. She then moved her career to the Zdeněk Oyster Bar where she fell in love with champagne and oysters.. When a position as manager of Gastronomica became available, she happily accepted the opportunity.
