MOZZARELLART EVENING

Dear guests,

We cordially invite you to an evening dedicated to a tasting of fresh Puglia cheeses, along with a presentation by the Mozzarellart Company. You will have the opportunity to taste a special menu prepared with assorted cheeses of the Puglia region, which was created by our Chef Fabio Pollice. You will see a presentation on making fresh mozzarella. The mozzarella will be made from the Czech milk and will be prepared in the traditional Italian way.
