Mozzarellart dinner menu at La Bottega Gastronomica

Cooperation of two Prague influentials in the field of gastronomy - that is a project of La Bottega Gastronomica with Mozzarellart. Both together will on Thursday 8th of September presented to general public and for fans of Italian dishes prepared from mozzarella and other Italian cheeses.
The new head chef of Bottega, Tomáš Jiskra, is going to prepare a five-course menu, which reflects seasonal ingredients and contains products from the Mozzarellart. That evening the production of this typical Italian cheese will be also showcased. We will sell products of Mozzarellart with 20 % discount during the week of 05/09 - 11/09/2016.
Degustation dinner menu on Thursday, September 8th, 2016 includes the following
- salad from colorful tomatoes, burrata
- parsnip creamy soup with chickpeas
- egg tagliolini with roasted tomatoes, stracciatella
- flounder filet, truffle sauce, saffron purée
- beef tagliata with buttered potatoes and truffles
- lemony ricotta, caramelized figs
