Introducing new menu in Gastronomica

Today we do not only change the date in calendar to August but also composition of the menu in La Bottega Gastronomica, an authentic Italian rosticceria and gastronomic paradise by Riccardo Lucque. New menu bears the signature of chef Tomáš Jiskra, who was previously sous chef in Aromi and now becomes the face of Gastronomica.
And what you can expect? We stay loyal to first class quality products and freshness. Worth to mention and try out are for example seared scallops, watercress soup, apple and celery or pan roasted Cod with chickpeas, tomato and spinach. Do not hesitate to visit and enjoy some of the recipes from Tomáš.
