Dear Guest and Asian Cuisine lovers,

After great success of DIM SUM cooking courses of Mr. Ladislav Dvořák in our Cooking School Laboratorio, we decided to bring him over to Gastronomica and let our friends taste this Chinese speciality.

Come to taste DIM SUM from Tuesday, March 1st to Saturday, March 5th 2016 to Gastronomica! Every day from 5 pm to 10 pm. DIM SUM will be prepared in our open kitchen by Mr. Ladislav Dvořák himself.

Beef, dried shiitake, bok choy
- Fried Dim Sum
Duck with Chinese cabbage
- Dim Sum in a pan
Pork Jiaozi

Price per piece according your choice is from 20 to 30 CZK.
