Gastronomica is about to celebrate It’s 10th birthday. 10 very exciting years, with plenty of of fun and great memories. As a proud Italian chef owner of La Collezione group, my goal has always been to cook and serve original and quality Italian food surrounded by professional service and relaxing ambience. We worked so hard to make sure people could trust us and continue to follow us in all our restaurants and bistros. Growing fast over the years and lately overwhelming with this pandemic crisis, made us stronger and wiser.Investing in talent and new ideas is the key for successful business,I have now the maturity to follow the new young talents working hard to pursuit their dreams. This make me proud.
Meet Greg, a passionate Australian chef with a great luggage of experiences in Asian cuisine. Greg is part of the Aromi kitchen brigade for already 2 years, a very energetic person, generous and great team leader. We are preparing a new concept Asian bistro with huge Thai influences, designed to be shared or interactive at the table using tasty seafood and quality meat accompanied by fine Italian wines and spicy cocktails.

LA BOTTEGA GASTRONOMICA
La Bottega Gastronomica is the Italian bistro from chef Riccard Lucque, and it opened its doors in 2014. Gastronomica welcomes you with authentic Italian hospitality at any time of day, and boasts a beautiful garden in the summer. For the menu, chef Daniel Holan and his team prepare authentic Italian dishes. This bistro has a unique concept, “Rosticcerie,” referring to how the house specialty of grilled chicken is prepared. In addition, you can choose from a wide range of Italian delicacies from the counter, including fresh mozzarella, ham, cheese, and Altamura bread.
The menu changes with every season and the menu offers appetizers, soups, pasta and risotto, and the main courses with seasonal ingredients. It is prepared by chef Daniel Holan and his team. Lunch menu varies every week and is available Monday to Friday from 11.30 am to 3.00 pm. The lunch menu includes soup and one of the main dishes (pasta or meat). If you like, you can substitute mixed leaf salad with cherry tomatoes, instead of the soup, for the same price.
In LA BOTTEGA GASTRONOMICA we set fire to the furnace! Fluffy dough, high edges charred by fire, juicy tomato sauce from San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella fior di latte, parmesan and basil. The most basic and our most popular combo of Neapolitan pizza, which you can finally get in Gastronomica in Ondříčkova Street. In addition to the traditional pizza combinations, chef Daniel Holan will also offer you a couple variations by his own invention, so everyone can really enjoy whatever they like.
Introducing an ambitious Summer menu that is exciting from the starters! We are adding an appetizer requested by you, our guests. Chef Jakub Čadina prepared this dish as one of the specials for the Amano event hosted by Gastronomica. Owner Riccardo Lucque focuses mainly on import of typical Italian products that have not been introduced to the domestic market and organic products from small Italian suppliers.
The fresh pasta is made at our sister bistro La Bottega Tusarova, while all dry pasta is from Benedetto Cavalieri, who owns a factory for traditional Italian pasta. Team of amazing bakers prepares the genuine Italian bread . Cheese and olive oils are made by Vittorio Beltrami. Coffee is delivered by Gianni Frasi, a master of Italian coffee.
